I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend and kick off to a fun summer!

We are all looking forward to our first meet at St Ives!  Please remind your kiddos that we are guest in someones else's home and represent themselves as well mannered Barracudas. This includes good sportsmanship, respecting property and keeping your area clean.

Volunteers: First shift and set up crew, please arrive by 4:30. Second shift please check in early with the first shift so they know you are around. Break down crew, please look for the opportunity to begin your clean up and tent breakdown so we can all get out in a timely manner.

The following information has been passed along by the St Ives Rep:

 1.) Please use the St Ives Club entrance (directly across from the Egg Harbor Restaurant) on Medlock Bridge/141 heading south towards State Bridge Rd. There is no security at this entrance. After you enter the gates, the pool parking lot is the second turn on the left.

2.). Parking is also permitted along the road behind the tennis courts.

3.) The Visiting Team bullpen is reserved under the pavilion closest to the playground. In addition, your Team can use all of the space behind the pavilion. St Ives does reserve the tables in front of the pavilion for our 13 & Up bullpen.

4.) I would highly recommend bringing tents to set-up on the lawn, there is ample room. Our deck is set-up with some chairs for spectators but parents may wish to bring their own chairs to ensure sufficient seating.

5.) Our swim meet is scheduled to start at 5.30pm prompt.

6.) Medlock Bridge Team warm-up time is scheduled from 5.00 to 5.25pm.

7.) Swimmers are allowed to dive in from both ends of our pool during relays.

8.) We are optimistic that the weather will be favorable for our scheduled meet. However, decisions will be made during the meet, if required.

9.) Kona Ice will have a truck in the parking lot for purchase of ice cream etc throughout the night.

10.) NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE PERMITTED. ST IVES COUNTRY CLUB WILL STRONGLY ENFORCE THIS RULE.

11.) ST Ives Cabana will have a modified menu available to purchase. The menu items and prices are listed below:
