Practices:

Practices are to help swimmers improve their strokes and learn new strokes-not a time to teach basic swim lessons. If you feel your child needs more one-on-one support, please contact one of the coaches for private lessons. The swimmer’s performance at meets depends on how often he/she attends practice. Swimmers are encouraged to support their teammates at practice as well as in competition. Working together as a unit for the benefit of all is an important part of the Barracuda spirit.

Practice Schedule:

Evening practices are held Monday-Thursday from May 11th – May 20th:

6 & Under 4:30-5pm

7 & 8 Years 5:00-5:30pm

9 & 10 Years 5:30-6:15pm

11 & Up 6:15-7:00pm

Morning practices are held Monday-Thursday beginning Tuesday, May 26th - Tuesday June 23rd:

(No practice Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day)

6 & Under 9:00-9:30am

7 & 8 Years 9:30-10:00am

9 & 10 Years 10:00-10:45am

11 & up 10:45am-11:30am

Fun Fridays:

On Fridays, after each swim meet from 10:00am - 11:00am, swimmers can enjoy donuts, ribbons, and awards. The last regular meet of the season will be on Tuesday June 23rd so we will celebrate "Fun Friday" on Wednesday, June 24th.
