We are looking forward to a fun meet Highland Park tomorrow!

Please have your swimmer there no later than 4:30. If you are on the setup crew or volunteering for a bullpen please try to arrive earlier. 

Bullpen parents, we will be missing a few coaches for this weeks meet so it is even more important to keep your kids organized and to their lanes on time. Set an expectation with your group to always come back to their bullpen right after their event and to be aware of what their next event is.

Timers and judges please listen for the announcement calling the timers meeting. This occurs right before the meet.

We still need to fill a few volunteer spots in bullpens:

Boys 7-8 2nd shift

Boys 9-10 2nd shift

Girls 7-8 2nd shift

 Dear Angel,

I'm looking forward to a great meet Thursday night. As a 10 plus year Medlock Bridge Manatee, it is a pleasure to welcome you to our pool. Our pool is in the Highland Park subdivision just off McGinnis Ferry Road. Once in the neighborhood it is the first right hand turn about 1/4 mile into the subdivsion at 120 Mirrowood Ln, Johns Creek 30005 Please ensure that folks don't park on both sides of the street. There will be signs as well. We do dive starts on the deep end and wall starts for the shallow side. We have concessions of Chick-fil-a and Pizza plus drinks and other snacks available. It is always fun to swim your neighborhood because the 15-18 kids bring a little extra to the excitement to the night given the high schools swim twice per season. Bullpen wise, we will have a section of our parking deck blocked off to setup tents, etc. It is right by the side gate of our pool deck. One last thing, we do theme nights, so we are doing pirate night if anyone wishes to participate- parents and swimmers. It is also our last home meet, so we will have a moment to recognize our three senior coaches who will do the last relay in cap and gown. Your seniors are welcome to join.

I will send you all the psyche sheet as I get it tomorrow. But remind your swimmers to pick up the printed events our coaches have been so nice to print out for us. Please help the bullpen parents by writing the events on your child's arm and their name on their back before the meet.
