Mock Meet Volunteers Needed
Dear Parents,
We are so glad you are a part of the MB Barracudas β itβs going to be an amazing season!!
We are already in need of your help with volunteers for the Mock Meet which will be held at the Groomsbridge Pool on Tuesday, May 21st at 4:30.
Thank you to those who have already signed up, we are, however, still in need of volunteers for the following positions:
* Deck Manager
* Floater
* Master Recorder
* Timer
* Bullpen 7-8 girls
* Bullpen 9-10 girls
You can sign up for any of these positions here: https://medlockbridge.swimtopia.com/swim_meets/267412/shift_assignment
Please indicate your availability for all meets as soon as possible to help with distribution of volunteers. In order to distribute the volunteering, we ask that 1 parent from each family please complete a minimum of 4 volunteer shifts during the season. We may ask you to complete an additional shift towards the end of the season if we need your help.
We have a lot of different roles that vary in experience level. If you are unsure about what would be a good fit please review a description online or reach out to one of our volunteer coordinators:
Liz Sertl: [email protected]
Victoria Stahl: [email protected]
We can also help with signing up for positions.
FAQ:
1.Where do I sign up: https://medlockbridge.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
Scroll down to the meet and click on Job Signup to register for a volunteer shift
2.How many shifts do I need to complete this season: A minimum of 4 shifts per family (even if you are not a Medlock Bridge resident).
3.Does it have to be a parent? No, it can be anyone over the age of 18 (sibling, nanny, grandparent).
4.Does the sign up close? Yes β you will not be able to make any changes to your volunteer position (signing up or changing position or cancelling) 2 days before a meet. We understand that last minute changes happen β please then contact Victoria or Liz to let manually change your status/position.
5.What do I do when I come to a meet? Please stop by our volunteer sign-in table and sign-in and pickup any information that you need for your role.
6.How long is a shift? Each shift is half of the meet (divided by event number)
THANK YOU!
We look forward to a great season!
-Liz and Victoria
