Good Afternoon! Here we are…the last regular swim meet of the season, Monday, June 24th at Atlanta Athletic Club! We ask that all athletes, first shift volunteers and bullpen volunteers arrive by 4:30pm. Below are some helpful reminders to make sure the first meet is run effectively.

1. The address for Atlanta Athletic Club is:

1930 Bobby Jones Drive

Johns Creek, GA 30097

*Once you enter the gate, you will take your second LEFT TURN and park on the side of the aquatic center.

2. Medlock Bridge bullpen is reserved right outside the main lanai to the left as you walk out on the pool deck. Parents and spectators may wish to bring their own chairs to ensure enough seating. As always, it is a great idea to also bring plenty of bug spray and sunscreen.

3. Medlock Bridge Team warm up time will be from 5:00-5:25pm. The meet is scheduled to start promptly at 5:30pm.

4. Medlock Bridge volunteer check-in will be at a table under the main lanai as you walk out on the pool deck.

5. Atlanta Athletic Club will offer a full buffet under the pool pavilion. You will need to bring CASH to purchase any food or drinks at the club. The cost of the buffet is: $18 for adults, $9 for children ages 5-12, and 4 & Under are complimentary. They will provide water stations and coolers for you to put drinks in. Atlanta Athletic club does not allow any outside coolers or food.

6. As always, we do expect our athletes and parents to treat Atlanta Athletic Club personnel and property with the utmost respect. Be courteous, be supportive and always show the highest level of sportsmanship. We are representing Medlock Bridge and our entire community.
