Arrival:
We ask that all athletes meet at 2:30pm on the lawn in front of the Aquatic Center:
McAuley Aquatic Center at GA Tech
750 Ferst Dive
Atlanta, GA 30318
*If you do not plan on parking and walking your athlete to the meeting location, you may utilize the carpool/drop off system in front of the aquatic center. Please see traffic flow and diagram by clicking on the link below:

All Medlock Bridge coaches will be outside waiting to gather athletes. At 3pm, Medlock Bridge will walk in the Aquatic Center as a team. At this time, athletes, coaches, volunteers, and reps will be allowed to enter the building with the proper provided credentials. Please make sure you arrive on time as you will not be allowed to walk your athlete into the building. We also ask that athletes, coaches and volunteers wear their Medlock Bridge T-shirt if possible. This will help us keep up with everyone.
Athletes and coaches will sit in the stands as a group until permitted to go on deck. Medlock Bridge’s reserved area is Section 106. Our warmup time is scheduled 3:30-3:45pm in the East Warmup Pool.
Coach of the Year!
Our Head Coach, Steve Johnson has been selected as ASA’s Coach of the Year! We are so honored and proud to have him lead our youth in all capacities. They will be holding a brief ceremony for Coach Steve at the end of our session. We encourage all athletes to stick around to support Coach Steve during the presentation.
Dismissal:
If your athlete must leave prior to the end of the session, we will have 2 designated coaches, Knox Odendahl and Abigail Minnaugh, available to escort them out of the building. They will meet you at the front of the Aquatic Center. Athletes must exit the facility with a Medlock Bridge coach…they will not be allowed to leave on their own.
Heat Sheets and Meet Entries:
Heat Sheets and Meet Entries will be emailed out on Thursday morning. Please keep an eye out for the email.

Please have these numbers with you for any questions and concerns during the meet!
