Good afternoon Barracudas!

Tomorrow, Thursday, June 16^th is our 2nd away meet at Hillbrooke! We ask that all athletes, first shift volunteers and bullpen volunteers arrive by 4:30pm (Setup team at 4pm!). Please make sure your athlete arrives with their arm marked for their event. Below are some helpful reminders to make sure the meet runs effectively.

1. The pool address is 5450 North Hillbrooke Trace, Johns Creek 30005. There is one parking lot and then street parking. Please do not park on the sides which says NO parking. Only Park on the side of the road where the pool is.

2. Medlock Bridge bullpen is in the basketball court/playground area directly behind our pool. Parents can setup seats on the pool deck along the long ends of the pool. No seating along the shorter ends. Our side will be the side with the lifeguard stand. As always, it is a great idea to bring plenty of bug spray and sunscreen.

3. Medlock Bridge Team warm up time will be from 5:00-5:25pm. The meet is scheduled to start promptly at 5:30pm.

4. A timers meeting will be held at 5:15pm. The ASA official will call for the meeting prior to the meet.

5. They will have a full service concession stand at the meet serving vegetarian pasta, candy, chips, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, pizza, burgers, dogs, soda and bottled water. Concessions is CASH ONLY! It would probably be a good idea to bring small bills.

6. As always, we do expect our athletes and parents to treat Hillbrooke personnel and property with the most respect. Be courteous, be supportive and always show the highest level of sportsmanship. We are representing Medlock Bridge and our entire community.
