Tomorrow, June 30th, we'll have swim practice for ASA at Groomsbridge pool.

• 9-10am for 10 and under
• 10-11am for 11 and up

Our session is on Saturday, July 2nd at the McAuley Aquatic Center. Parking is prepaid. Please see the memo from ASA about parking:

• Parking will likely be available in the W10 parking deck that is adjacent to the front entrance of the CRC. Parking in that deck will be via PREPAID PARKING ONLY, you cannot pay at arrival. To purchase parking please visit https://gatech.parkmobile.io/events Parking costs will be between $12-15. This is the deck attached to the building. For people who did not prepay for parking will have to use W23 lot located at 990 State St.. There may also be limited parking across the street from the CRC and is located at 355 Ferst Drive, Atlanta, GA 30318. Those decks is a short walk to the building from there. A map of the area can be found at Georgia Tech General Parking Map and ASA Parking Diagram and Map Please plan accordingly. Please don’t park anywhere else, unless you want your car ticketed, booted or towed. Due to construction around campus please try to carpool to alleviate congestion. Teams, please be advised that barring a miracle, traffic is still bad in Atlanta. Please advise your swimmers and families to build in a little extra time to account for any delays.

Please arrive from 8:30-8:45am and look for the blue coaches shirts on the lawn (possibly to the left of the front of the building like last year). Our swim team will collect there and walk in as a group. Unaccompanied athletes will not be allowed in the building! So it's important to be on time. Also, our team will sit in the F, G, and H sections on the pool deck. Parents are not allowed on the swim deck (unless credentialed beforehand).

Parents and spectators will sit in the stands. The boys pool is beside the large electronic sign and the girls pool is in the middle between the boys pool and diving well. Please bring adequate food and drink for all attendees and swimmers for the 4 hour swim session. There is a possibility that the Smoothie shop will be open but it does not handle crowds well and there's not much selection.

Please print your own heat sheet. They will not have them for sale as in past years. There is also a store with specialty souvenir items for the Championship.

And we need 6 more volunteer workers on Saturday. PLEASE signup to help work! You can split the shift with someone. We have 37 families and 22 spots, so this should be easily covered. If these jobs are not covered, I will have to personally reach out to some families.

I hope I have covered everything!! And this Championship is our highlight of the Medlock Bridge swim season. Our family has enjoyed it every year.
