Good Afternoon Barracudas!

We are so excited about the first upcoming swim meet this Thursday, June 1st at Atlanta Athletic Club! We ask that all athletes, first shift volunteers and bullpen volunteers arrive by 4:30pm. (Volunteers for setup: please arrive at 4:15pm!) Please make sure your athlete arrives with their arm marked for their event. Below are some key details about this meet:

1. Please give yourself plenty of time to get through their security gate. Tell the attendant that you are there for the swim meet.

2. Look for our tents marked with the Medlock Bridge bullpen signs to drop off your child. Please check in for your volunteer shift. We will have a table marked "Volunteer Check-in".

3. Bring chairs to ensure sufficient seating. As always, it is a great idea to also bring plenty of bug spray and sunscreen.

4. Medlock Bridge Team warm up time will be from 5:00-5:25pm. The meet is scheduled to start promptly at 5:30pm.

5. The timers meeting is usually held 15 minutes before the meet. Please listen for the announcement if you are a timer. 

6. Atlanta Athletic Club has a buffet ($33 for adult, $17 for child - CASH ONLY!). The buffet has a salad bar and a taco/nacho bar. and they will also have candy and ice cream. Please see the attached document for their pricing. Again, it's CASH ONLY!

7. As always, we do expect our athletes and parents to treat AAC personnel and property with the most respect. Be courteous, be supportive and always show the highest level of sportsmanship. We are representing Medlock Bridge and our entire community.
