Tomorrow (6/29) we'll have swim practice for ASA participants at Groomsbridge pool.

• 9:30-10:15am for 6 and under and 7-8
• 10:15-11am for 9-10
• 11-11:45am for 11 and up

Our session is #6 on Friday at the McAuley Aquatic Center. Parking is prepaid. Please see the memo from ASA about parking:

• PARKING - https://gatech.parkmobile.io/events . Parking costs will be between $12-15. Overflow parking for W10 and any day of parking for those who did not prepay is located at the W23 lot at 905 State St. These are relatively short walks from the pool. A map of the area can be found at Georgia Tech General Parking Map and ASA Parking Diagram and Map Please plan accordingly.
  Please don’t park anywhere else, unless you want your car ticketed, booted or towed. Due to construction around campus please try to carpool to alleviate congestion. Teams, please be advised that barring a miracle, traffic is still bad in Atlanta. Please advise your swimmers and families to build in a little extra time to account for any delays.

Please arrive from 2:10-2:35pm and look for the blue coaches shirts on the lawn (possibly to the left of the front of the building like last year). Our swim team will collect there and walk in as a group at 2:40pm. Unaccompanied athletes may have a hard time entering the building without their team, so please try to be on time!! Also, our team will sit in the E, F, G sections on the pool deck. Parents are not allowed on the swim deck (unless credentialed beforehand).

Parents and spectators will sit in the stands. The boys pool is beside the large electronic sign and the girls pool is in the middle between the boys pool and diving well. Please bring adequate food and drink for all attendees and swimmers for the 4 hour swim session. There is a possibility that the Smoothie shop will be open but it does not handle crowds well and there's not much selection.

Please print your own heat sheet. They will not have them for sale as in past years. There is also a store with specialty souvenir items for the Championship.

And we need 7 more volunteer workers on Friday. PLEASE signup to help work! You can split the shift with someone. We have 66 families and 22 spots, so this should be easily covered. If these jobs are not covered, I will have to personally reach out to some families.

I hope I have covered everything!!  And this Championship is our highlight of the Medlock Bridge swim season. Our family has enjoyed it every year.
