Next week, we have 2 days of evening practice (Monday and Tuesday) and then we have our pictures and Mock Meet on Wednesday (22nd):

1. RSVP for the Mock Meet! This event is for 10 and under swimmers and older kids that are new (or if you want Steve to have your swim times). Please RSVP for this meet and other meets on our website. This is an important step for your child’s swim season. We will not put them in the lineup for the meet if they have not RSVP’d because we will assume they are unavailable/out of town.

2. If your child is swimming in a meet, please signup for a volunteer job for 1 of the 2 shifts. If we have job openings, we will fill those holes with parents that have not signed up so we will have a successful meet! The same links above will take you to job assignments. Our wonderful volunteer coordinators will help our new parents this year in training by making sure you are with a seasoned volunteer. Most training is done during a swim meet.

3. Team and Individual Pictures! Individual pictures by Photo Venture will begin at 4:45pm on Wednesday, and then our team picture will be at 5:30pm. I have attached the picture order form. More information to come next week.

I will continue to hand out shirts and caps today, but they will be available throughout the season in our office. See you this afternoon!
