We are excited about our upcoming meet tomorrow night (6/25) at Hillbrooke! We ask that setup arrives at 4pm and athletes, first shift volunteers and bullpen volunteers arrive by 4:30pm. Please make sure your athlete arrives with their arm marked for their event.

2. There is one parking lot and then street parking. Parking is limited so carpooling is suggested. Please be courteous of the neighborhood parking guidelines by not blocking driveways of homes near the pool. Please park only on the same side of the street as the pool, not on both sides.

3. Medlock Bridge bullpen is on the basketball court behind the pool. Look for our flag and tents.

4. The pool deck is NOT set-up with chairs for spectators, so parents may wish to bring their own chairs to ensure sufficient seating. No seating along the shorter ends of the pool

5. Medlock Bridge Team warm up time will be from 4:55-5:25pm. The meet is scheduled to start promptly at 5:30pm.

6. The timers meeting will be held beside the computer tables whenever the ASA official calls the meeting prior to the meet.

7. They will have a full service concession stand at the meet serving candy, chips, smoked pulled pork, hamburgers, dogs, pizza, soda and bottled water. CASH ONLY. Please utilize their concessions as we would like the same support at our home meets.

8. As always, we do expect our athletes and parents to treat Hillbrooke personnel and property with the most respect. Be courteous, be supportive and always show the highest level of sportsmanship. We are representing Medlock Bridge and our entire community.

9. We will have a USA theme, so come dressed and be festive! Also, don't forget about the food drive for North Fulton Community Charities! (peanut butter, pasta-canned and box, pasta sauce, soup, oatmeal, cereal, toiletries, juice boxes, tomato products, fruit cups and broth)
