Tomorrow (6/27) we'll have swim practice for ASA participants at Groomsbridge pool.

• 10-10:30am for 6 and under and 7-8
• 10:30-11am for 9-10
• 11-11:30am for 11 and up

Our session is #6 on Friday at the McAuley Aquatic Center. Parking is prepaid. Please see the memo from ASA about parking:

• PARKING - https://gatech.parkmobile.io/events . Parking costs will be between $12-15. Overflow parking for W10 and any day of parking for those who did not prepay is located at the W23 lot at 905 State St. These are relatively short walks from the pool. A map of the area can be found at Georgia Tech General Parking Map and ASA Parking Diagram and Map Please plan accordingly.
  Please don’t park anywhere else, unless you want your car ticketed, booted or towed. 

Please arrive at 2:30pm and look for the blue coaches shirts on the lawn (to the left of the front of the building beside the tree). Our swim team will collect there and walk in as a group at 3:00pm. Unaccompanied athletes may have a hard time entering the building without their team, so please try to be on time!! Also, our team will sit in the J and K sections on the pool deck. Parents are not allowed on the swim deck (unless credentialed beforehand).

Parents and spectators will sit in the stands. The boys pool is beside the large electronic sign and the girls pool is in the middle between the boys pool and diving well. Please bring adequate food and drink for all attendees and swimmers for the 4 hour swim session. 

Please print your own heat sheet. It is attached. They will not have them for sale. There is also a store with specialty souvenir items for the Championship.

1. Girls:
1. 6 and under: Justine Toly and Coach Vanessa
2. 7/8: Natalie Thorarinsson and Coach Annabelle
3. 9/10: Coach Maya and Coach Meghan
4. 11/12: Coach Matt
2. Boys:
1. 6 and under: Priti Shah, Coach Caleb and Coach Matt
2. 7/8: Nicoleta Dicher, Coach Carter and Coach Nick
3. 9/10: Coach Barnes and Coach David
4. 11/12: Coach Will and Coach Vanessa
3. We also have 2 deck manager moms overseeing the team.

Meet Mobile App - You can get somewhat real time data from this app. It's also easier to track your swimmer and their events. ASA warned us that sometimes the heat may be incorrect, but most of the information I've seen is correct. We use this app every year for ASA and for Dynamo. There is a monthly or yearly charge for it.

And we need 3 more volunteer workers on Friday. PLEASE signup to help work! You can split the shift with someone. We have 56 families and 26 spots, so this should be easily covered. If these jobs are not covered, I will have to personally reach out to some families.

I hope I have covered everything!! And this Championship is our highlight of the Medlock Bridge swim season. Our family has enjoyed it every year.
