Good morning Barracudas!

We are excited about our upcoming meet tomorrow night (6/12) at AAC! We ask that setup arrives at 4pm and athletes, first shift volunteers and bullpen volunteers arrive by 4:30pm. Please make sure your athlete arrives with their arm marked for their event.

1. Below is the address of their pool. Tell the attendant that you are there for swim meet.

2. Parking Instructions:

Once you enter the gate, take the first left and follow the signs to our overflow lot. Please DO NOT park in the tennis center lot. There will be signs directing you to walk to the Aquatic Center once you park. We will reserve two parking spots in the Aquatic Center lot for your Swim Coach and Team Representative.

3. Our bullpen area will be to the left of the main lanai as you step out onto the pool deck. They will have 2–3 tents set up for your team. Parents are welcome to bring folding chairs as we remove most of our pool furniture and seating is limited.

4. Medlock Bridge Team warm up time will be from 4:55-5:25pm. The meet is scheduled to start promptly at 5:30pm.

5. Food & Drink Policies (from AAC):

• NO outside food, drink, or coolers are allowed. 
• They will have a water cooler available for swimmers to fill their own water bottles. (No cups will be provided—please bring bottles.)
• A hot-and-ready menu will be available in the Aquatic Center, along with a bar for adults beverages.
• CASH ONLY for all food and beverage purchases.
  The menu is attached—feel free to share it with your families ahead of time.

6. As always, we do expect our athletes and parents to treat AACpersonnel and property with the most respect. Be courteous, be supportive and always show the highest level of sportsmanship. We are representing Medlock Bridge and our entire community.
