On Thursday we'll have swim practice for ASA participants at Groomsbridge pool:

• 9-9:30am - 6 and under, 7-8 age group
• 9:30-10am - 9-10 age group
• 10:30-11am - 11 and ups

Also, several coaches will hold an ASA clinic at 11:15am after practice if you are interested in additional instruction. The clinic cost will be $20 for 1 hour. Please talk to Barnes and Carter about specifics.

We still need quite a few jobs filled for the meet!! If you haven't signed up, please do so! https://medlockbridge.swimtopia.com/swim_meets If these jobs are not covered, I will have to personally reach out to some families. Also, we need parents to help us with the kids on deck. Please sign up as a Parent Helper!!

Our session is #5 on Friday at the McAuley Aquatic Center. Parking is prepaid. Please see the memo from ASA about parking:

• PARKING - https://gatech.parkmobile.io/venues/georgia-tech-a.... Parking costs around $18. Overflow parking for W10 and any day of parking for those who did not prepay is located at the W02 lot at 355 Ferst Drive (this is the student center lot). These are relatively short walks from the pool. A map of the area can be found at Georgia Tech General Parking Map and ASA Parking Diagram and Map Please plan accordingly.

Please arrive at 8:00am and look for the pink coaches shirts on the lawn (to the left of the front of the building beside the tree). Our swim team will collect there and walk in as a group at 8:25am. Unaccompanied athletes may have a hard time entering the building without their team, so please try to be on time!! Also, our team will sit on the pool deck in Sections Q and R. Here is a map of the aquatic center. Parents are not allowed on the swim deck (unless credentialed beforehand).

Parents and spectators will sit in the stands. The boys pool is beside the large electronic sign and the girls pool is in the middle between the boys pool and diving well. Please bring adequate food and drink for all attendees and swimmers for the 4 hour swim session.

Please print your own heat sheet. It is attached. They will not have them for sale. There is also a store with specialty souvenir items for the Championship.

Meet Mobile App - You can get somewhat real time data from this app. It's also easier to track your swimmer and their events. ASA warned us that sometimes the heat may be incorrect, but most of the information I've seen is correct. We use this app every year for ASA and for Dynamo. There is a monthly or yearly charge for it.
