Hello Barracudas!  Tonight is our last away meet and it's going to be HOT!!  Thank you to those of you who are signed up to volunteer.  It's really great to have so many wonderful parents willing to help out to make the meets go as smoothly as possible.  

We are short two timers for the 2nd half.  Please let me know if you are available to help with this!

I have a request:  If you are volunteering for the meet, PLEASE check in with me when you arrive with your child.  Even if you're not volunteering until 2nd half, I need to know that you're there and planning to volunteer.  Last week, we had several 2nd half volunteers who didn't show up for their shifts and I didn't know until it was too late and I had to scramble to find replacements.  So please just stop by and let me know you're there so I don't have to stress out or search for you.  I appreciate it very much!!

1st half bullpen volunteers - it's very important that you be there by 4:30 so that you can help organize the kids and get them ready for the early relays.
