2015 ASA Championship Meet and City of Johns Creek Team (JCAT)

ASA Championship Meet Prelims, Friday, June 26, 8am, Georgia Tech Aquatic Center:

• Deadline for Swimmer Sign-up: Tuesday, June 16; RSVP on Website.
• $20 Entry fee due Wednesday, June 17 Noon. Make checks payable to MBHOA. Give checks to Coach Emily or deliver to 990 Carters Grove Trail. If we do not receive your payment, your child will not be entered in the meet
• Please have your child pick 2 individual events they would like to swim. Please indicate this in the notes section when you RSVP
• Relays will be determined by the number of swimmers signed up…Check with your friends and have them sign up too!
• This is open to all swimmers

City of Johns Creek Team (JCAT):

If your child is interested in trying to qualify for the city of Johns Creek team (JCAT), please indicate this in the notes section when you sign them up for the ASA meet. For more information, please see attached document with more information.

ASA Championship Finals: This is for qualifiers only.

Sunday, June 30:

6 & Under, 7-8 and 9-10 Finals: 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

11-18 year old finals: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
