Plus, receive all the latest happenings and deals from your local Mellow Mushroom.  You will receive a free appetizer on sign up and get gift certificate when its your birthday and also other great offers.

Mellow Mushroom will donate $1.00 per sign up to the Medlock Bridge swim team (maximum $300.00).
